I’m a certified fitness trainer and coach specializing in nutrition, training, and mindset.
I help people get in shape physically and mentally, without crash diets, unnecessary stress, or losing their sense of self.
I believe in sustainable change that delivers results while bringing balance and long-term fulfillment.

MY JOURNEY

Maybe you know the feeling – you do everything “right,” stick to a plan, eat clean, work out hard… and still, you don’t feel good. Frustration builds up, you’re tired, and the mirror doesn’t show results.
I’ve been there.

I spent years searching for what truly works. I tried different diets, counted calories, overtrained in the gym – but it still didn’t feel right. I kept pushing past my limits, ignoring what my body and mind were trying to tell me.

Eventually, I developed unexplained health issues: chronic fatigue, mood swings, and binge eating I couldn’t control.
Later I found out I had hypothyroidism – and that was a turning point. It explained why my hormones, digestion, metabolism, and mental health were so out of balance.

It was both a relief and a challenge. I had to learn to listen to my body, understand it, and stop fighting against it. I stopped chasing perfection and started seeking balance.

Ironically, it was in this phase – when I stopped destroying myself – that I achieved something I once thought impossible: I prepared for a wellness fitness competition and earned my IFBB PRO card. Not through extremes, but through self-respect, understanding, and a targeted strategy.

This experience changed my life. I realized it’s not about going “110 %” all the time, but about doing things consciously, effectively, and sustainably.
And this is exactly what I teach my clients today.

I believe that the path to a healthy body doesn’t come from extremes, diets, or punishment, but from understanding, balance, and self-respect.

My goal isn’t just to get you in shape – I want to teach you how to understand your body and mind, and how to create a sustainable lifestyle that gives you energy instead of taking it away.
